Font Friday: Sheldon

So I'm finally getting back to a normal routine again after being sick for the better part of a month... I had strep throat TWICE this month. Totally sucked. Antibiotics make me super tired so I have had zero energy for anything (like this blog). And then the very day my antibiotic prescription ended I got a cold. What luck!! Anyhoo, I am glad to be back today with a new Font Friday post for you!

Meet Sheldon! A super cool typeface from PintassilgoPrints...
Sheldon draws inspiration from the beautiful and eloquent posters by the polish graphic artist Marian Stachurski. Sprinkled all over with stylish oddities, this is the perfect typeface for having some cool typographic unevenness without loosing the ever-handy sans-serifness.
Sheldon is a unicase font, but holds different characters on upper- and lower-case slots for a more consistent handcrafted feel. Its OpenType Contextual Alternates feature can manage to instantly alternate the glyphs - which can be great also for webfont usage!
The family counts with 3 handy weights, so it can accommodate numerous typographic tasks. It also brings a very cool picture font, which charmingly completes this useful and visually striking font family. Have fun!
Sheldon is $40 for all three weights + dingbats (30% off until April 6th) and can be purchased at MyFonts.com.
